Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in any Masterclass or Full Course at VLS Law Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Modifications: VLS Law Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and course structures are the intellectual property of VLS Law Academy and cannot be copied, shared, or resold without explicit permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for a Masterclass.
Registration Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only after successful payment via the website&npsb;s integrated payment gateway.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
Non-Refundable Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases of double payments or technical errors attributable to VLS Law Academy.
Session Details: Masterclasses are conducted live on scheduled dates. A unique access link will be provided via email or WhatsApp upon successful registration.
Punctuality: Participants must join the session on time. Late entries beyond 15 minutes may not be accommodated.
Conduct: VLS Law Academy reserves the right to deny access to participants engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Prohibited Actions: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, redistributing, or reselling Masterclass content.
Unauthorized Sharing: Any unauthorized distribution of materials (PDFs, video recordings, notes) will lead to legal action & a permanent ban from all VLS Law Academy courses.
No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. However, participants who cannot attend due to valid reasons may request to join the next available Masterclass (one-time reschedule only).
Cancellations by VLS Law Academy: If a Masterclass is canceled or rescheduled by VLS Law Academy, registered participants will be notified, and an alternative date will be provided.
Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before access is granted to any Full Course.
Payment Options: VLS Law Academy offers multiple payment options, including one-time payment, EMI, and installment plans (where applicable).
Non-Refundable Fees: Course fees arenon-refundable once access to materials has been granted.
Access Duration: Course access duration varies as per the course description (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, lifetime access).
Login Credentials: Students will receive login credentials via email after successful payment.
Individual Use: Courses are for individual use only; sharing login credentials or course materials will result inaccount suspension and potential legal action.
No Refunds After Access: Refunds are NOT applicable after course access has been provided.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If a student wishes to cancel within 24 hours of payment, they may apply for a refund, subject to an administrative processing fee of ₹500.
Technical Issues: In case of technical issues preventing access to the course, VLS Law Academy will eitherresolve the issue or issue a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
Digital Certificates: Students who successfully complete the course will receive a digital certificate from VLS Law Academy.

Unauthorized Use: Students found misusing course content (e.g., sharing, reselling, or distributing materials) will be permanently banned without any refund.
Legal Action: Legal action may be taken if course materials are found on unauthorized websites, platforms, or resold without permission.
Confidentiality: All student information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Communication: VLS Law Academy may use email or phone details for official communication, promotions, or updates, with an option to opt out.
Internet Acces: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection to access online courses and Masterclasses.
Device Compatibility: It is the participant s responsibility to ensure their device meets the necessary technical requirements to access course materials.

No Guarantees: VLS Law Academy does not guarantee specific results or career placements from course participation.
Indirect Damages: VLS Law Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course enrollment or participation.
Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
